There is a new construction homes for sale boom in South Florida that has set record high sales prices, and drained available inventory down to almost nothing. 2021 was fueled by people moving to the sunshine state to escape the Covid restrictions in other states, and to retire. Florida provides attractive tax structures, for those who want to retire in style and keep their money.

Not to mention that Florida weather is amazing during the wintertime, somewhat hot during the summers, but always sunny, and warm.

Orlando, FL

Considered a destination hot spot, Orlando, FL is located around the corner from world-famous Disney World Resorts, which brings millions of families to the area each year. There aren’t any cheap homes available, and you can expect to spend a minimum of $500k for a fixer upper unit. But if you are lucky enough to afford it, living on South Beach allows you to take advantage of the full Miami experience.
