Artificial intelligence has been a hot topic the recent years; you’ve probably seen at least one headline by this point about how artificial intelligence will replace some human jobs. And to some extent, it is true. However, the adjustment has already been taking place for a while and will keep doing so. Artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to be everywhere in our daily lives. Numerous corporate industries, most especially healthcare, customer service, and logistics, may be significantly impacted by this. In addition to self-driving cars, AI has already made significant contributions to climate study and medical research. However, the most significant threat to our work and what we consider “regular” employment is not the job loss we will see due to these developing technologies. We need to get ready for the fact that work itself is changing. But remember that AI is made to assist humans, not replace them, especially when it comes to getting employee feedback.

Depending on what kind of field you are a part of, there is a part that technology has impacted to become more manageable. Experts contend that rather than eliminating jobs, AI will never completely replace people because it lacks essential skills like creativity, common sense, and the capacity for effective communication. So feel safe to invest time and energy into boosting your workplace morale. Of course, this idea will be shared by everyone who has used a chatbot for customer support and found it unproductive. But can AI help benefit people in other ways? Many people think so.

Documented job losses often refer to a net statistic, which means a business may have let go of or replaced employees who couldn’t use new technology while hiring new staff who could. This is the fundamental difference between worker disruption and workforce destruction, which has existed for a long time. Roles in the working world have frequently altered over history.

While AI does require a trained workforce, it can also help to keep human worth. Humans aren’t entirely replaceable with AI since machines can perform not every function. The threat that automation could replace a human employee labeled as “redundant” is ludicrous, given that employees’ knowledge and experience are essential to their company. This will only benefit companies.

Though it is always good to have someone watch over that, watch out for errors or anything else that might occur. A person part-time in the office can manage that.

The issue is not with AI but with how it’s implemented. If an organization is looking to use AI merely to cut costs and save time, it’s doing it wrong. Implementing AI and robot technology can be risky if you don’t have a clear strategy for how it fits into your plan for growth. But if you use it for the right reasons, like we have seen many companies have automated responses not to let the customer keep waiting or a random smart way to make the employee and customer experience more accessible,  you are set for success. 

We must start thinking about how we might promote human-specific abilities while enhancing technology-related skills. Human abilities like creativity, intuition, initiative and critical thinking are not expected to be transferred to machines very soon. So we need to start planning how businesses and employees can use robots to improve our work.
